We are a growing company looking to add a customer focused HR Representative with a team first attitude.
In this role, you will work with a number of assigned clients to deliver customized HR solutions. This is rewarding, fast paced position will enable you to share our client’s successes knowing that you’ve provided them with a critical service.
In this position, you will:
• Consult with assigned clients and evaluate their needs in regards to HR services
• Work directly with these companies to implement and monitor HR programs to increase their productivity and efficiencies
• Provide hands-on HR support to assigned clients regarding; compensation and incentive plans, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, drafting and reviewing employee handbooks, creating effective job descriptions, recruiting, EEO compliance, management and employee training, policy development and more...
Skills / Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
• Ideal candidates will have 2 - 4 years of recent Human Resource experience with employee relations, implementing policies and proceedures, compensation and benefits administration, and other HR related functions
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Established customer service background
• Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
